Delete a Source

Remove an unwanted source from Kubiya

Prerequisites:

• The source must not be connected to any AI Teammates

If your source is still connected to a Teammate, follow our instructions on disconnecting a source from a Kubiya Teammate.

1. Go to the Sources page

In the top-bar navigation menu, click Resources. Then in the left-hand menu, click Sources.

Here you can see a list of your existing sources.

2. Open the Action Menu

Locate the source that you want to delete. Click the icon to the right of it to open its action menu.

3. Click Delete

You will be asked to confirm that you'd like to delete the source. Once you delete a source, you cannot undo it.

Please note: If your source is still connected to any AI Teammates, it will not delete. If you try to delete it but it's still connected to one or more Teammates, you will see a message showing which Teammates are still connected to it.

To resolve this situation, go into each of the connected Teammates and disconnect the source.
