Use your teammate

Now that your use case is set up, it's time to enjoy the benefits of your AI Teammate.

In this page, you'll learn:

The 3 Ways to Trigger Teammates

AI Teammates can be triggered in 3 ways:

  1. On-command (chat): By default, all Teammates can be instructed to perform tasks on-command via chat. You can chat with your AI Teammates via Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Kubiya's CLI.

  2. Events (webhooks): Many use cases involve the use of webhooks, which automatically trigger your AI Teammate to take action.

  3. Scheduled Times (scheduled tasks, i.e. cronjobs): At prescheduled times, your AI Teammate will take action.

Webhooks and scheduled tasks are configured and created as part of setting up your use case, so the relevant triggers for you AI Teammates depend on which use case you set up.
