Disconnecting a Source from a Kubiya Teammate

How to remove a Teammate's access to a source and its workflows and tools

If you are here, it's probably for one of two reasons:

1. Your AI Teammate has access to tools and workflows that you no longer want it to have access to

2. You are trying to delete a source but got an error message saying that you first need to disconnect it from all AI Teammates

To do so, follow these steps.

1. Go to the All Teammates page

In the top-bar navigation menu, click Teammates. Then in the left-hand menu, click All Teammates.

Here you can see a list of your existing Teammates.

2. Click Edit Teammate

Find the Teammate that you'd like to disconnect from the source.

Click the icon to the right of it to open its action menu, then click Edit.

3. Go to Instructions

In the modal that opens, click Continue so that you are brought to the Instructions step.

4. Remove Sources

Using the dropdown menu, deselect the sources that you'd like to disconnect.

5. Save Your Changes

Click the Continue button 3 times to reach the last step of the modal and then click Update Teammate.

The source has now been disconnected from the Teammate.
