Scheduling new task

Scheduling from the /agents slash command

On Slack, type /agent to access the agents interface:

Click on "Scheduled Tasks":

Click on "Schedule Task":

Fill the relevant details in the opened modal:

• Describe the task: describe to the agent what it should do

• Target channel: the channel where the agent should start the interaction on

• Agent: the desired Agent to perform the task

• Start date: when the task should be performed (date)

• Start time: when the task should be performed (time) - all times are UTC

• Repeat: select if the task should be repeated (options: daily, weekly, monthy, yearly)
