Enable Users Auto Sync

Kubiya support team will provide you and SCIM URL for this.

1. Go to your okta admin page {{org}}-admin.okta.com/admin/apps/active

   1. Click on Create App Integration

      
   2. In popup modal choose SWA - Secure Web Authentication and click next

      
   3. Change setting as follow and click finish

      
2. In General tab click on Edit in App Settings section and check Enable SCIM provisioning and click save

1. In Provisioning Tab edit Integration settings as follow click Test Connector Configuration

   1. SCIM connector base URL - will be provided by kubiya

   2. Unique identifier field for users - userName (can be changed from okta account to other)

   3. Supported provisioning actions:

      1. Import New Users and Profile Updates

         1. Push New Users

         2. Push Profile Updates

   4. Authentication Mode - HTTP Header

      1. Authorization - will be provided by kubiya

1. In same tab edit the To App settings as follow and click save

   1. Enable Create, Update, Deactivate settings

      
2. Remove from (user.email != null && user.email != '') ? 'work' : '' from mapping

   
3. Under Assignments add same group from Kubiya Login App to sync only the users from that group
