Use your teammate
Now that your use case is set up, it's time to enjoy the benefits of your AI Teammate.
In this page, you'll learn:
The 3 Ways to Trigger Teammates
AI Teammates can be triggered in 3 ways:
Time-triggered tasks: Tasks that are prescheduled to execute on a specific time and day. They can be on a repeating interval.
Event-triggered tasks: Tasks that are executed whenever a specific event occurs (powered by webhooks).
On-demand tasks: Instruct your Teammate to perform on-demand tasks via chat interfaces. Kubiya currently supports the following chat interfaces: Slack, Microsoft Teams.
These are determined when setting up your use case, and if you want a specific use case or Teammate to be able to receive multiple of these triggers, it must be specifically configured that way.
